Cut-off Times for Same-Day Delivery:
Mon- Fri: 3pm EST
Sat & Sun: 2pm EST

Standard delivery fee is $12.99 over the phone & custom orders have calculated fees depending on type of order etc. 

If the recipient is not available to receive their package, the cost of a second delivery attempt will be applied. Once the second delivery attempt has been processed, we will re-attempt delivery when recipient is available to receive their package.

Delivery Fees for Online Orders:
Standard/Anytime (Up to 30km) 11AM - 9PM: $12.99
Long Distance (30km to 60km)  11AM - 9PM: $35.00
AM delivery (9AM - 12PM) - $35.00
Business delivery (9AM - 4PM) - $25.00
Evening delivery (5PM -9PM) - $20.00
